The members of the Board of Commissioners are collectively responsible to monitor the Board of Directors and offer constructive feedback concerning matters vital to the financial and operational performance of the company. The Board of Commissioners is also responsible to ensure that any decisions made at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders or any other meetings are implemented as prescribed. Sallie L. Bachtiar (President Commissioner) Ms. Bachtiar holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford. She joined PT. Limas Centric Indonesia Tbk as its President Director in 1997 and since July 2001 has served as its President Commissioner. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bachtiar worked as a strategic consultant for Arthur Andersen Consulting. Christopher W. McCarron (Commissioner) Mr. McCarron holds both a duel BSc in Computer & Electrical Engineering, and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut. A principal consultant to Microsoft Corp. since 1998, Mr. McCarron held numerous positions within the IT industry prior to his appointment as commissioner for PT Limas Centric Indonesia Tbk in July 2001. Alexander A. Kelton (Commissioner) After earning a BSc from Paisley Collage of Technology majoring in Electronic Engineering Mr. Kelton was employed as a Graduate Trainee by IBM. His professional career continued with senior appointments in Standard Telecommunications Laboratories, Plessy Telecommunications, Saturn Global Network and IXNET. Mr. Kelton joined PT Limas Centric Indonesia Tbk as an independent commissioner in July 2001 and is currently also the Managing Director of Telstra Asia-Pacific.
